Solar freezer for Motukana Village Fishermen in Fiji

Solar Fiji supplied and installed 900W solar freezers to the village fishermen of Motukana Village, Ono, Lau Island, Fiji Island.

The solar system will generate an average of around 0.9 kWh per day, and the inverter is capable of powering items such as a large deep freezer, TV, computers, lights, fans, mobile phone and other appliances.

Each of the Solar systems utilises the following high quality equipments:

  • 3 x 300W Canadian Solar Panel
  • 1 x Victron Energy Multiplus 48/1200
  • 1 x Victron Energy SmartSolar MPPT 150/35
  • 4 x Victron Energy 12V 110Ah AGM battery
  • 1 x 818L Freezer
